It is Monday morning, and my alarm makes a crazy sound,
tumbling and fumbling, I fall down.
Sun is shining bright today,
morning breeze blowing away all the dismay.
A spark crackled down my spine, energizing my neurons and soul,
and I start manifesting my goal.
Knee-crunches and Push-ups I did so hard,
felt like running a yard.
Plank Challenge is so tough and lasted for so brief
because my hands and shoulders started to shake like a leaf.
Finally, with Cat-n-Camel, I got my breath back
and slept on the floor like a sack.
I left my old habit of chocos bowl
and filled it with fruits and oats.
Each day I will consistently rise
and make a conscious effort for this routine of Body-Weight Training Exercise.
