As I pull you close for a kiss,
I feel your touch, the one I miss.
I turn away out of shyness,
And blood rushes to my face as I realize the closeness.
Your hands grip my neck, so tight,
A smirk on your lips... fingers tracing mine,
You place your soft lips on my cheeks, my neck, my nose, my eyes,
The moment I felt your lips, my stomach swirled with butterflies.
Your hands swept over my thighs, pressing hard,
In the warmth of your touch, I let down my guard.
The intimacy of your touch made me all yours,
And in your embrace, I felt safe, secure.
At last, you bring your lips close to mine,
I can feel them,
I can feel your warm breath on my cheek,
How close can you get without kissing me?
My heart pounds as a million thoughts arise,
Your hands move to all the right places,
You push me to the edge of wanting more,
And with a little hesitation,
I pulled you close, took you in,
Which took my breath away.
Just a touch of your sweet lips made my heart melt,
Feeding the craving that had lived for years.
Quietly, I felt the heat,
And in your kiss, I was left completely quenched.
We stared into each other's eyes,
What felt like endless time,
I melted from my core,
Lost in your softness.
After that, all I wanted was to hold you, kiss you, feel you near,
A kiss on my neck, like the wind’s gentle caress,
If you ever leave my side, I'll be unpinned,
If this was my last breath... I’d rather kiss you.
