A TRANSFORMATION MUCH NEEDED

A gentleman travelling in plane,enjoys his journey by recollecting his old memories.

A young boy named Suresh was born in a middle class family in a small town Ramayanpuram.Father was bank manager,mother housewife leading a very happy,peaceful life.Suresh studied in a small town and enjoying his childhood with his friends.

Suresh secured good marks in his matriculation and wanted to move to city for his higher studies.He joined in a very famous college in city Chennai pursuing his intermediate course in commerce and economics.

He was enjoying his college days with friends,night studies,partying,playing games.He was growing old slowly there is change in his behaviour,attitude and appearance.He was continuing his studies smoothly but slowly his friends started to avoid ,showing disrespect,teasing and commenting him.

As days, months passed by his fear and sadness continued to grow which made to think deeply and lonely. Meanwhile he passed in course with good marks.

But his sorrow continued to grow as there is no masculine appearance in him, like his friends,people around calling as gay and avoiding him,unable to maintain social relationships.

By going through problems in life, his interest towards studies was increasing day by day and secured a good rank and joined in business management college in Pune.

He started to enjoy his new life with new friends and college.He was doing good in both curriculum and extra-curriculum activities.He finished his first year smoothly with good marks.He was continuing with same spirit but slowly environment around him started to change,people started to avoid,ragging was increased,started to torture him emotionally on his appearance and behaviour.

He continued his course trying to prove himself as smart and hardworking guy.Even with all the difficulties and sorrow in his mind he secured a distinction and stood as university topper.But his fear was increasing day by day people avoided to work with him,join his companion,rejected in interviews.

He was depressed,became emotionally weak but his parents and family stood with him,supported him.With great support and help finally he achieved a job in United States Of America.

He moved to States and started to begin life with great hope.But his fear and sorrow was hurting him deeply then came a thought to consult a doctor prove himself and show his behaviour,appearance is correct towards people harassing him negatively with their comments.

Then,here comes a solution that he was absolutely fine normal like any other male genetically and physically but his hormonal disturbances made him look like that and got treated and finally he was leading a smooth and happy life in America.

But his old memories made him to think really about the people suffering being unrecognised,demoralised and read many stories and articles about Transgenders and got an idea to help and educate them and create awareness in the society.

After few years came to home town and married a beautiful girl and enjoying his married life and vacation and moved back to States.He was growing in his career and reached a top position and working as CEO of the company and owns a company.

He explained his thoughts and ideas with wife and decided to help them by opening an organization in India because so many people in the society need support and help.As he was from well educated family he had overcome all the problems in his life.So he stood with those kind of people and took a stand to help them and educate them.With the help of friends and family opened an organization in Chennai.But it was not gaining popularity not reaching to the needy people,then gave advertisements in newspaper,news channel and through social media.

Slowly people started to join and educate themselves and know the values of life and started to grow in career.Organization was helping transgender male or women with food,education and accommodation.

As years passed by organization reached to a remarkable position in the society and gaining awards for their services.A girl named Parveen studied in the organization reached to a highest position in the society as I.A.S. officer in her home town and showed them the power by overcoming all the hurdles faced in her childhood.

This girl proved there is no disability for an able person when we are physically and emotionally strong and thanked the organization founder Suresh Gupta for helping and giving respect,value for our transgender people and to prove ourselves we are also like other normal male and female with some differences in body given by god but not as disability or handicapped.

She explained in her words - "Myself Parveen, a true example to prove and provide awareness among the people and encourage people to live a normal life."

After few years Suresh received a letter from organization to come to India and visit the organization.After few days Suresh came to India surprisingly there was a grand welcome in airport by this transgender society in airport,he was shocked by seeing the crowd.

Later after few days he heard the news of Parveen and congratulated her on behalf of success and visited the organization and made a sincere request to government through his letter explaining about his old experiences and problems faced by him and to educate people and bring awareness in the society about Transgender as one sex like other normal male and female,and to help this transgender people by creating sections and laws to empower them and to bring change in the society.

This is an initiative made by Sukesh for sake of Transgender people.Hoping for the change to come................
