I've a heart made of thick ice,
You can't see through it.
It's so thick that you won't even
Hear my heartbeat.
Leave my heart,look into my eyes,
and you can feel how empty
My eyes are so empty that
You don't know whether a soul lives there.
Oh! Head! What do I have in there
I warn you,don't look, I'm there.
It's a scary place. Monsters live there
That u can't see in darkness.
Yes,I'm a cruel human with
A cruel mind. I've travelled through time.
Spend time with stars and moon
and they told me the secrets they held.
Spend time in the dark place like that of
My mind, too, to see the glimmering eyes
Of the monsters within me,
They held tears in their eyes and said
They are afraid of dark too.
As I felt sorry for them, I turned on
The lights in my head to see
Kids smiling at me.the monsters
You and I thought we were innocent
Beings I locked up in my head.
