I know I am fighting a war

Destined 

For me to lose,

Even though I will be,

Devastated,

Shattered,

Heartsick,

Ruined,

When all this comes to an end,

I need to fight it,

For me,

My peace,

Serenity,

Comfort,

I need to fight it,

Even though I am,

Haunted,

Anguished,

Tormented,

Wretched.
