"It's okay to be close to a breakdown sometimes,
and it's okay to breakdown sometimes as well,
and it's okay if you think you don't want to have a breakdown,
i won't say getting your mental health better is very easy but it's not as hard as we think it is,
it took me 3 years but I did and if I can do it anyone can,
we have to accept, accept ourselves, accept our feelings,
accepting is the first step to getting better,
if we don't accept there is something wrong we can't make it better,
then we have to change,
there are books and movies that can help you and the people around you who love you,
you need to reach out,
remember reaching out for help is not being weak, It's actually being strong,
if you are sensitive and you feel deeply that's not a fault or wrong it just means you give importance to everything a lot,
make sure to give that importance to yourself as well,
love yourself.”
