Longdistance Friendship

I wish I could fly back in time,

I wish it was as easy as squeezing a lime.

Memories of the past are so strong,

I wonder it will linger for how long?

The most bittersweet feeling ever,

I won't be able to see them whenever.

Friends more like family,

Can't recollect the last time I saw them closely.

Times with them were so bright,

Every passing minute felt absolutely right.

I wonder who'll listen to me yap,

Even though it's probably utter crap.

Nothing feels exciting anymore,

I just realized that I miss them to the core.

No matter how distance plays it's game,

My love for them will stay the same!
