My Life My Choice

I have one and only choice to be myself , in the world full of distractions with technology evolving at a greater height I take out time to invest in myself to become the best version I can.

In the midst of social media like Instagram, wats app and facebook driving everyone’s attention to gist and peep into others life story more than their own is where the problem arises, todays morning and late midnight filled with chats and scrolling reels till our eyes are tired, blurred vision, stress, depression, lack of interest in performing physical exercise, lack of communication skills are some of the consequences which follows if used these social media at an unlimited pace.

The steps to overcome such major issues let us utilize this new platform where people engage themselves in their own insight, by writing such content that is concerned with the welfare of people and their own self, where one is independent to choose their own thought and concise their fact in a clear idea of words. 

I believe in myself, I embrace my purpose to survive, I justify my way of living to choose life over being dead by using social media only when needed. And not just simply wasting hours and days by merely misusing the mass media. 

Being ready in the morning with yoga and meditation, having a healthy diet and exercise. Spending valuable time with family and friends, giving time to uplift your skill and become the best of yourself is what we need at the end. The only way to follow this is to become wise and admit to choose your life because my life is my choice.
