My Wings, My Mom

I am a bird, she is my wings,

Without wings, I am nothing,

But with wings, I am the king!

She helps me fly…fly…fly…,

She helps me touch the sky,

She’s always been there for me,

Just talking to her glows my heart with glee.

She’s gorgeous, full of beauty & grace,

She’s independent, with lovely eyes & face,

To be her daughter, I feel so blessed,

She has a heart of gold, who forgives

my silly mistakes, whether new or old.

She’s my pillar of strength,

Like a mountain she stands tall,

Protects me from dangers all,

& loves to pick me up when I fall,

She has great patience that never ends,

She inspires me to move on with all bends.

Without her I can not achieve anything,

With her I can achieve everything,

She is my God & I am the lucky one,

My life, my angel mom.
