Silence isn't peace;
It’s shrill of a lurking storm,
Deadly cold yet sensed as warm,
Embedding on the bunk of shards;
When nowhere feels as desired norm.
Silence isn't peace;
It rattles every door of heart,
Dragging breaths as wearied cart,
Forlorn dusk and vizard dawns;
Masking life as dramatic art.
Silence isn't peace;
Those wounds of silence are spiced unseen,
My quest to speak is sheerly keen,
Twilights and twinkles are delusions of solace;
It fiercely guzzles my inner serene.
