Every night when I go to dream,
I fear for the monsters to be seen.
But when I open my eyes again,
I fear more for the devils outside.
Then I realize, that the monsters in my head,
Better than the ones to be met.
If you ask me if I'd rather feel safe with a bear or man,
I’d blindly say bear.
Unless a bear would rip my clothes for desire,
Break my bones and make my eyes bleed on refusal,
Gang up on me,
And
Kill me.
Is man so different from a beast ?
In that daylight, it’s easy to see—
Aren't all men the same to me?
