Once upon a time, there was a small village hidden from human view. This small village was called pixie land. As its name suggests, it was a village full of pixies. The pixies in this village were friendly, but very mischievous. This story talks about one naughty pixie called Pip.
Pip was a small pixie who loved to pull pranks and tease others. He always took pranking to another level. So because of this trait in him, few wanted to be friends with him. This made him very lonely. But this did not affect little Pip, and he continued to prank the other pixies, raising the level each time. The pixie council was very worried, as many complaints had been coming up from the village.
One fine morning Pip was hopping around a green terrain of fresh flowers when he spotted a house, far away in the distance. He hadn't seen the house before, and it had raised his curiosity. Before he could think about the newly found house, his sister came along with her pixie friends. 'Pip, mom is calling you for lunch! She told dad to tell me to tell you that, if you didn't come as soon as you heard her message, she would ground you for a month AND cut your monthly allowance which means you can't go buy pixpockets (pixie chocolate nuts) from the market!' Pia said. 'No pixpockets!! For a month! That cannot happen anytime soon! I shall be there immediately!' Pip said, his legs running as fast as it could towards his house.' That did it!' Pia said, grinning at her friends. 'Mom didn't actually say all those things! She just told me to make him come home in time no matter what.' Pia said, satisfied with herself. 'Let's go and start picking the flowers from the meadows for the evening' Pia said, and she hopped off with her friends towards the meadow, all the while giggling to herself.
After eating, Pip came out of the house and roamed around the roads of pixie land, searching for somebody that he could prank. A pixie was sitting on the sidewalk muttering to herself. She seemed very upset, and was constantly looking at her phone, swiping her fingers up and down. Pip was curious, so he went and asked what happened.
' What happened to you, that you look so down? I can't prank someone who looks unhappy!' Pip asked, taking a peek at her phone. 'What happened?! All this is your fault! Had you not come and pranked me in Ms Cherry blooms restaurant, I would have still had my job. You made me trip and in turn I accidently broke an entire set of her precious plates! She fired me the moment she found out! Now that I don't have a job, I need to find another good job to earn money to buy that new book I wanted! All your fault!' the pixie said, glaring at Pip.
'Oops. I only did it by mistake!' Pip said, scratching his head. 'Well, that doesn't matter anymore, does it? I still don't have my job! 'The pixie said, angrily. 'I don't understand why you need to play such mean pranks on everyone! Last week, my aunt Parisa tripped and fell after she saw that fake cobra you shoved on her shoulder on her birthday! After that, she couldn't even eat the cake I put so much hard work into! Why don't you leave us all alone! If you want, go play tricks on the witch who lives on the outskirts of the village. At least you could scare her away from our village, if that's one nice thing you could do!' the little pixie huffed, and walked away.
'Witch? He he he! This ought to be fun!' Pip thought and hopped away to get his pranking kit. After gathering his things, Pip hopped off towards the entrance of pixie land. The witch's house was in the human world, and little pixies like him weren't allowed in the human world, so he had to sneak out of the village. 'This should be a little refreshing!' Pip said smiling to himself, all the while carefully planning what he was going to do in the witch's house. 'I wonder if the witch lives in that lone house I had seen earlier. I guess I shall be finding out soon!' Pip said, now close to the gigantic house in front of him.
Pixie houses are as small as human mushrooms, and pip was awed by the great big human building which stood before him. As soon as he reached, Pip peaked in through the window. There, in front of him was a gigantic sized woman, dressed all in black, snoring, deep in sleep. Pip rubbed his hands together in excitement. ' He he he! This is going to be fun!'
He took out a big scissor and started cutting the hair off of the witch's head! He went on snipping her hair until it looked very weird, like a child had cut it. Suddenly, Pip lost his grip and the scissors, which was bigger than his body, fell on top of the witch's head. Unfortunately, the witch stirred and opened her eyes slowly, angry that she had been woken up. Pip could have run away, but there was a big mirror, right in front of the witch. The witch saw pip, and pinned him to a wall.
'H-HOW DARE YOU!! M-MY HAIR! I-IT'S - IT'S RUINED!!!' the witch screamed, shaking Pip very hard. This was the first-time Pip had felt fear. Fear for his life. He tried to run away, but the witch had a strong grip.
'I have been avoiding your little pixie village for a long time, so that I won't make any enemies. But this is too much! You've completely ruined my hair!' the witch said, shaking with anger. 'Fortunately for you, I still have a kind heart,' the witch said. 'I will spare your village this time' she continued,' But I will certainly not spare you!' she screamed.
Pip was now shaking very badly, with fear. He was starting to regret all the things he had done to all the other pixies. 'I curse you, that every time you trouble someone innocent, a bunch of your hair will fall out, and after it has fallen, it shall never grow again!' the witch screamed, and disappeared in a burst of flames. Immediately, a huge chunk of hair dropped from his head, making him almost bald on the middle of his head. Pip had finally understood that if he did something bad to others, the same bad thing shall happen to him again.
Moral of the story is that if you do something bad to others, the same bad will come back to you.
