The Silent Killer: A Call To Action

Updated: Jan 17

By B.Murali Krishna

A Silent Killer, a Hidden Foe,

AIDS creeps in, with no warning to show.

A virus so sly, it attacks without a sound,

Leaving behind a trail of sorrow, all around.

It's not just a disease, but a social stain,

A victim of AIDS faces pain and shame in vain.

Isolated and alone, they suffer and hide,

Their cries for help often left to wither and divide.

But still, we can make a difference today,

By spreading awareness in every single way.

Let's talk about AIDS and break the silence too,

Let's support those affected and see this journey through.

Prevention is key; let's make it loud and clear,

Safe sex practices and no sharing of needles, dear.

Get tested, get treated, and let's take control,

Together we can fight this deadly AIDS goal.

So let's unite and stand against this common foe,

Let's show our love and care to those who need it so.

AIDS awareness is the need of the hour,

Let's make a difference with love and with power.
