Tuski And Ohm

Tuski is under the grab of the ugly depression. His dream of getting admission into the highest ranked engineering college of the country is now shattered.

He can't sleep. So he decided to sneak into his grandmother’s room and take sleeping pills so that he could sleep well.

Tuski is suicidal. All the time he is thinking about his future . He has never been this anxious, sleep deprived ,depressed , conscious,heart broken, mentally, physically and emotionally tired. He is tired from the soul. Always feeling lethargic.He is constantly comparing himself with anyone he could think of. Constant comparison was draining the energy out of him.

He joined a college .Which was not up to his expectations so he decided to take a partial drop and prepare for the same examination so that he could crack the entrance exam and secure a better rank required to get into his dream college.

The very moment he got permission from his mother to prepare for the exam scheduled in the next fall and taking the partial drop he felt a sense of relief. It was not an easy job for Tuski to convince his parents for the partial drop because his parents were too skeptical about this plan. Tuski’s mental condition was not good. Drastic changes were seen in his

behavior by his parents for quite a few months. He was very disturbed and couldn’t focus in his studies. He went wandering in the streets without informing his parents. He once hit his mother when she was comparing him with a friend who got into his dream college. He used to shout at his family members for shouting at him. He went to places which were “haunted” according to his mother. So all these incidents convinced his parents that Tuski would waste a year . “So why wait for a year when you can be satisfied with what you got. The college which you got is ranked the second In the state ! “ was the agenda of his parents. It was difficult for Tuski to convince them for the partial drop but now he has been allowed by his parents to take a partial drop. Partial drop was also not an easy task. Tuski has to manage both his college studies as well as he has to prepare for the exam through which he could get into his dream college.

Although relieved from stress and anxiety, sleep deprivation was still a big barrier for Tuski in his way of getting into his dream college .

Tuski is now ready to explore his new college journey . He comes to know that two of his

friends,who were from the same school where he studied ,are going to accompany him in the “college” journey.

Tuski is now so much relaxed but he is also aware of the entrance examination . So now he studies more of the entrance examination and just attends the college classes. More focused on entrance examination.

One day Tuski got an intuition to try smoking cigarettes and marijuana. With the help of his roommate he was able to find the peddler . While smoking cigarette he felt nauseous . Still he smoked a packet and vomitted . He tried marijuana and felt uneasy but was not satisfied

. Intuitively he decided to look up on the internet the proper way to smoke but failed to follow the instructions.

Now as time passed by and the day of engineering entrance examination was approaching , Tuski felt an urgency to prepare with more diligence . Realizing that giving time to so many different activities would not help. So he gives a break to smoking . He intentionally did not appear for the semester examination. He took a leap of faith and decided that he would not continue the college and dropped it and focused solely on the preparation of the entrance examination.

Tuski appeared for the entrance exams and the results came ,the score was slightly better than his attempt . But this time Tuski was not anxious because of a very dear friend of his,Ohm,whom he met in the coaching institute got an almost similar rank like Tuski. This happening was phenomenal. Tuski now started imagining how he could convince his friend to come with him and make him a part of his college journey. Tuski is not worried and thinking of taking readmission in the same college because with this time it’s going to be a

different vibe with his dear friend. This very idea ,masked as hope has crossed Tuski’s mind. Tuski is sure that this idea should be turned into reality for it would reduce his

suffering and maybe completely heal him from that. There is a very deep connection which he feels with his friend and he has enjoyed ,laughed and got entertained with him and there has been not any moment where he did not crave for his presence. Did quite a few mischievous activities with him and wanted to create more memorable moments like that. He called him, tried to convince him to join the college with him. Ohm was a bit hesitant to do so. Tuski then got surprised but didn’t lose hope .

Ohm applied for a different college than the one which Tuski suggested and even got a call to do the formalities to join the college. On the other hand Tuski got admitted to the same college which he previously dropped out of.

Ohm went to his college and was disappointed to see the environment there. Imagining himself there for four years. He changed his mind and called Tuski to know that if there is any means by which he could accompany Tuski with his college journey. Tuski was very happy to hear this but also doubtful about the ways because at the current moment there was no news and the “choice filling” was closed. Luckily few seats were vacant and an advertisement about it was published in the local newspaper. Ohm got into the same college as Tuski.

Regular classes were going on . Ohm was very focused and serious about the academics. Tuski was not interested in the academics anymore.

Tuski was searching for ways to get rich quickly. He daydreams about becoming a billionaire!

Back in the days when Tuski was struggling with his preparation for his first attempt of the entrance exam he met with a schoolmate who had a nonchalant personality. Tuski had a perception that nonchalant people give good advice. Tuski called him and while conversing with him ,Tuski shared his problem that he is too anxious about his future and it is too

difficult for him to focus in his studies. The schoolmate who listened to him very carefully and said to him that academics is not the only way to earn a living, there were many live

examples where people who got disinterested in academics went to become a millionaire or even a billionaire! Tuski was unburdened from the guilt of not being able to study. Tuski asks the schoolmate about his future plans. The schoolmate told him that he would start a business and Tuski wanted to be a part of it. His classmate agreed but made Tuski aware of the fact to start a business they needed to raise a huge amount of money. Raising the

capital was the job which was risky . So this is not going to be a sudden event. Tuski decided that he would join a college and then plan on this further.

Now it’s the time for semester examination. Tuski gave all the exams without any preparation. He took a smartphone with him and used it to search for the answers in it and then wrote whatever he got from the device . This helped him to pass in the subjects by

doing the bare minimum.

Months passed by Tuski smoked hundreds of cigarettes ! Watched movies and listened to songs .Songs were like a medicine to his soul.

Came the day for next semester’s exams. Tuski got caught by an invigilator for using unfair means in the examination and he tried to escape from the class but couldn’t. In anguish he decided to leave the remaining exams.He went home.

The constant nagging from his parents about his careless attitude and sleeping all day drew Tuski back to the college .

Conditions have worsened for Tuski . He can’t sleep properly . Sleeps for sixteen hours yet feels lethargic! Cigarettes with helped him feel less lethargic have stopped giving him a hit . He can’t even wake up on time to go to college eventually missing many classes. Got many backlogs.

No way appears to him by which he could pass the exams without studying. Whenever he tries to take the smartphone in his exam he gets flashbacks and his body starts to tremor. He gets panic attacks.. Tuski calls his old schoolmate to find any way to earn money so that

he could escape this HELL in which he was living. His schoolmate suggested him to do some freelancing in any field he is interested in. To learn some skills and turn it into a profit

. Tuski visited a freelancing website where he surfed and saw the catalogue of various highly paid skills. Not a single option attracted Tuski . Tuski is suffering from imposter syndrome, inferiority complex and thinks he won’t be able to pursue any skills.

Tuski’s purpose of being in the college was to enjoy and hang out with Ohm, unbothered

about anything or anyone else. But Ohm was too busy with his studies for them to hang out.

They hung out but very rarely when they wanted to smoke cigarettes.Seeing his purpose being defeated he decided to drop out of college again! He is not studying ,not doing anything so why waste his parents money? Seeing the fact that a heavy amount of his

parents’ money is being flushed out in the drain. Tuski immediately talked with his parents to let him drop out of college. They were shocked . Ohm also after hearing this decision of Tuski was shocked. Ohm called Tuski and told Tuski that he is very sad to hear that and requested him to not to do so . Tuski said that he does not have any options . He can’t pass in the examination then what is the purpose of him being there? Tuski is so absent minded that he can’t focus on his studies. Ohm said that he would study with Tuski. He reminded him of the days when Tuski was in the topmost batch in the coaching institute like Ohm.

The coaching institute was the best and the most renowned one in the state for it has produced the top rankers in the country every consecutive year and in comparison with what was required to reach there very less effort is required to pass in the semester

examination. He reminded Tuski of his capabilities and recalled the incidents where Tuski used to answer the most tricky questions in the class when no one could . He recalled that it was not everyone’s cup of tea to reach in the topmost batch of that coaching institute. If he was capable of doing that why couldn’t he pass if he studies. Tuski still didn’t change his mind of dropping out of the college because he was too underconfident. Tuski was constantly saying to his parents that he should drop out of the college and they should allow him. They said that he should not waste an opportunity given by the God to him. The College which he was studying in is one of the top ranked college in the state and the alumni network of the college is very strong and very successful people have graduated from that college and with perseverance and patience Tuski could be just like one of them. Tuski still didn’t change his mind. Randomly a maternal uncle of Tuski called him . Tuski told all the incident of how he got caught in the unfair means and now he has no other option than to drop out. His uncle told him that how he once had an opportunity to pursue a career in acting when he got fed up with his academics . He even got a letter of invitation to join an acting institute. He was ready but his parents convinced him anyhow to study and now fast forward to the present he works in a very big multinational company and is

working as a Director there. He told Tuski that the voice of God inside him is saying Tuski to not to drop out of college. Tuski immediately got a shock after hearing that thing. Tuski thought that he should not go against the God. But he was heartbroken. He rushed to a temple of Lord Shiva beside him. He was chewing tobacco and he sat near the idol of Lord Shiva and cried with a heavy heart and said that he doesn’t want to continue this college journey.

Tuski came to college only to meet Ohm .Tuski didn’t want to disobey the “will of God inside his uncle”.Ohm was very delighted to see Tuski .

It was the beginning of a new semester. The results were out for the last semester

examination and Tuski was very sad with his results. There were seven backlogs out of nine subjects.

Tuski was always overthinking! Now he has to clear his backlogs and study the current subjects. He tried very hard but nothing helps. So he calls Ohm to know if they could study together.

Ohm is trying hard to teach Tuski but Tuski is so absent minded that he can’t process anything. Tuski saw the effort of Ohm going in vain.So he dropped the idea of studying .

Tuski tried on his own but due to the lack of basic knowledge for the subjects taught in the previous semester he was not able to comprehend the advanced topics of the subjects

being taught in the recent semester Seeing this he did not appear for the semester examination. The list of backlogs were piling up.

In the next semester Tuski being fed up of being called an escapist by his father decided to attend each and every class and not getting a single backlog.

In current semester he got away with every subject except one. Even scored a full marks in one subject .But for the exam of one subject which Tuski was very unprepared for he had no other option than to memorize the subject as much as possible . He didn’t sleep for one night in the process of memorizing it and in the exam when he got answer script he went blank. He even tried to ask the answers from the students sitting behind him in the

examination hall but the paper was too lengthy for them to help him. He was so

disappointed with himself . He submitted the paper In the middle of the examination. An hour was still remaining for the completion of the exam. He went straight to a betel shop. Smoked a cigarette. He was feeling very heavy. He didn’t have any option but to go to sleep so that the examination in the next day does not get ruined unlike today’s. His promise to his father regarding not getting a backlog was broken today. All the exams went fine.

Tuski has started beleiving in masochism and now planning to clear all his backlogs in the upcoming months.

The summer break of the college began and it was the time for the students to clear their pending backlog if any and if they fail to do so they won’t be allowed to go into the next semester.

A problem arose for Tuski . He had more backlogs than the college would allow to clear in a summer break.

Tuski got an intuition that he should take the money from his parents for the clearance of the backlog paper but should keep it with himself and act like he is doing the classes and use it to earn more money.

He followed his intuition. Took the money from his mother. With the help of his college friend generated a fake payment receipt stating that “payment for the backlog paper is successful .“

Tuski was very happy to have such a huge amount of money because he has been deprived of having money . There was an incident when his parents got informed about him smoking too much. They were afraid of his health and decided to cut his pocket money. He took loans from many of his friends and now it was time when he could return them. He was

sensing freedom of eating any junk food or even smoking cigarettes as much as he could . He felt a sense of relief after so many days of paying back the loan to his friends. Now he could even lend money to his friends. Tuski got to know that a friend of his was not able to fill the backlog paper because his friend was too afraid to ask the amount from his parents. So Tuski lent him the money. Tuski was feeling very happy after helping his friend . He has not been able to help anyone who asked for help from him. Tuski started feeding stray dogs. He was feeling very happy.But the constant reminder of multiplying this money into a larger amount was making him anxious.

Ohm when he got to know about what Tuski was doing got tensed about Tuski’s parents. Ohm tried to convince Tuski that if his parents got aware about his actions they would get really upset. Ohm suggested to Tuski to at least inform his parents. Ohm suggested to him that Tuski should try changing his college or he should continue his studies. Tuski said to Ohm that he has made up his mind to drop out of it. Tuski has even planned further. He has planned to take the money for the semester fee and would use it as an investment rather than giving it to the college. He would pretend to be going to the classes but would actually stay up in the hostel room of a friend of his. He would use that money to invest it in himself and turn it into more money.

Summer break ended and Tuski executed the planning which was in his head . Everything was going smoothly until one day when Tuski’s mother got suspicious of his behaviour .

She once saw a new costly outfit in Tuski’s bag. When she asked about it from Tuski ,he told her that it was his friend’s shirt and he had borrowed it from him. Another day Tuski’s mother saw a box of burgers. She was surprised because she did not buy it nor did she give any money to Tuski or his brother to buy it so she got very suspicious about the money. She went to the bank and inquired about Tuski’s transaction history and was in a shock to see the receipt.

Tuski got a call from his mother and was informed to immediately come home. As Tuski went home he saw his mother weeping because she was aware of the deceitful act of his. In the transaction history receipt there was no mention about the payment done to the college in the past .

Tuski is convincing his parents that he would not continue in this college,that he wants to pursue a career in music making . He needs money to do so. His parents told him to complete the current degree and after that they would support him in anything he would like to pursue.

Tuski felt suicidal!

Tuski agreed to his parents and decided to rejoin the college but as he did not clear his backlogs therefore he got a semester back. He has to do an additional semester in which he has to clear his backlog. Now he can’t even sit with Ohm in the same classroom . Tuski is repenting on his actions. He should have bought the necessary devices for the music production and should have been more sincere with the money. Rather than eating junk food and buying clothes he should have taken the risk of buying any online music

production course. To pay for his actions he borrows money from his friend and buys an online course on music production .

But a problem arose, Tuski needs to buy an expensive audio interface without which he can’t practice music production he is learning from the course he bought. No friend of his could lend him money because the amount was too big for them. This gives a break to this learning music production. Tuski does not give up he decides to write songs . He gets ideas about the song but he is unable to express the ideas in words.And sometimes even if he expressed them he was unable to write rhyming songs.He tried for days but everytime his mind goes blank. So finally he decides to give this a break and continue his studies.

Ohm was also now feeling fed up with his studies.

Tuski was one day surfing internet and got to know about a writing competition. This appeared to him as a golden opportunity to him. He has ideas! Although he couldn’t bring rhyming words together but he can write!

So he wrote many stories . He submitted his response and even submitted his few work in the name of Ohm.

The results of the competition came out. Ohm was announced to be the winner and Tuski got the runners up .

Tuski had already placed his bank details in the name of Ohm.

With this win Tuski gained his lost self confidence. With that huge amount of money he gifted Ohm various variety of clothes. This made Ohm very happy to see his friend win.

With that money Tuski gifted his mother a bunch of spiritual story books because his

mother was highly inclined towards spirituality and a music speaker to his father. They were blissed to see Tuski earning in such an early age. Tuski sponsored a trip for Ohm and

himself ,a trip to visit various pilgrimage of their country.He knew it very well that Ohm wouldn’t accept the winning prize but Tuski wanted to show gratitude towards Ohm for being a part of his life so he decided to pay him indirectly.

While they were travelling Ohm said that now he has began to slowly understands what Tuski went through and he also feels in the same way. Ohm also doesn’t want to continue his college anymore. Tuski suggested Ohm that he can be a great actor because Tuski has seen Ohm for a long time and in his observation Ohm can be a great actor. The task is to find a film producers who would give them the opportunity to act.

Miraculously one evening Tuski got a call from a famous production house . The person said that they want to make a film on the story written by Tuski . Tuski had tears of joy in his eyes. He has always loved to watch movies no matter the price he has to pay for it. He watched movies continuously for days even when his parents warned him about the dangers like loss of vision and poor eyesight. Finally he realised that the inclination towards watching movie was not any waste of time. He got many ideas from watching movies.He instantly agreed with the production house on the condition that they would allow Tuski and Ohm to act in the lead role. Tuski was pretty sure that they were born to do so. They

both had the innate quality to perform the role which Tuski has written.The production house asked them to visit them. Ohm was bit underconfident but it was a great opportunity and he can’t miss it so he went.

They went there and the producer was shocked to see them perform. Ohm was now very confident and him and Tuski gave a huge performance.

The movie was released and became a hit. Everyone was talking about the movie. This movie was one of its kind.

Ohm went to become the highest paid actor of his time and movie director and Tuski became the most popular music star , actor ,writer popular internationally.

Tuski and Ohm were always seen together in the movies.And the hype for both of them were unreal

In the future They both became billionares and decided to get into philanthropy and made free acting,music production , movie production courses,story writing courses.

Tuski was the pen and Ohm was the ink inside the pen which God was using to write on the book named EARTH.
